At Kavya Dermacare, my vision has always been simple to offer advanced, ethical, and affordable dermatology that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. When we opened our first clinic in Ranchi on 3 August 2020, I aimed to create a space where patients could feel heard, understood, and confident in their treatment. I believe good skin and hair health contributes to overall well-being, and our goal is to support every patient with compassion and expertise. Thank you for trusting Kavya Dermacare. Waater Skin & Hair Clinic Patna mein sach mein best skin clinic hai! Dr. Prashant aur Dr. Swati dono bahut hi experienced aur polite doctors hain. Maine apni skin problem ke liye visit kiya tha, unhone patiently pura history suna, proper diagnosis kiya aur effective treatment diya. Clinic ka environment bahut clean, modern aur hygienic hai. Staff bhi supportive hai. Treatment ke baad noticeable improvement dikha, jo mujhe bahut khushi di. Skin ya hair related koi bhi problem ho toh definitely yahan aana chahiye. Patna mein best doctors hain yeh dono!

I don’t usually write reviews for clinics anymore because I personally don’t trust reviews blindly. However, I felt my experience at Waater Clinic was worth sharing so others can make a more informed decision. Before coming here, I had visited a couple of other well-known hair clinics. I don’t want to complain about them or question the capability of the doctors—I’m sure they are excellent in their own ways. But my experience there wasn’t great, mainly for two reasons. The first issue was clinic management, not the doctors themselves. For example, at one clinic, waiting times were consistently unreasonable—often 2 to 4 hours, even for a simple consultation. I understand that doctors have demanding schedules and emergencies come up, but when everyone is waiting for hours every single time, it clearly points to a systemic management problem. If it happened occasionally, it would be understandable—but when it’s the norm, something is wrong. The second issue, which I noticed across multiple hair clinics, was the sheer number of medicines prescribed. I’m not commenting on whether they are medically necessary or not, but the volume is overwhelming. It becomes difficult to keep track of what to take, when to take it, and for how long. On top of that, the cost adds up quickly and becomes extremely expensive. This combination—too many medicines and high cost—was a big turn-off for me. Now coming to Waater Clinic. My experience here has been very different and largely positive. First of all, the reception and front-desk management are excellent. The staff handles appointments and patient flow very efficiently. The clinic is not empty—there is a crowd—but they manage the inflow and outflow well, so waiting times are reasonable. The doctors listen patiently to your concerns and give you proper attention, but without unnecessary delays. Consultations and procedures are handled in a professional and time-efficient manner, which I really appreciate. I’m currently undergoing GFC treatment, and there is one personal fear I want to be honest about. Whenever blood is involved—blood draw, processing, and reinjection—I naturally worry whether everything is being handled correctly. It’s not that I believe anything wrong is happening; it’s just a general anxiety that many people might have. Realistically, you do have to trust the system, just like you do in hospitals. Also, from what I’ve observed, procedures are handled one patient at a time, so the chances of any mix-up are extremely low. Still, it’s something that personally makes me a little nervous, and I’m sharing it only to be transparent. Overall, my experience at Waater Clinic has been very good. The doctors are knowledgeable, the management is efficient, and the environment feels professional and trustworthy. If someone is looking for hair treatment, I would genuinely recommend giving Waater Clinic a first shot. I’m still continuing my treatment and hopeful for good results. My best wishes to the doctors—both Mr. and Mrs.—for the great work they’re doing. Thank you.
